As President and Chief Executive Officer of Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment, Inc., Tim Jenson is responsible for the company's overall strategic direction and performance. He develops and maintains relationships with Cheyenne's key business partners, and leads strategic initiatives aimed at differentiating Cheyenne in the marketplace and accelerating profitable growth. Mr. Jenson joined Cheyenne in August 2005.

Prior to joining Cheyenne, Tim Jenson was President and Chief Executive Officer of TDH Enterprises, LLC, a strategic and financial consulting company. From 1993 to 2004, Mr. Jenson was employed by Merisel, Inc. holding various positions including Chief Financial Officer and most recently President and Chief Executive Officer. While in his various roles at Merisel, Mr. Jenson is noted for strengthening Merisel's operations and positioning them for future success. Mr. Jenson set in place appropriate strategic positioning, improved capital structure, established excellent financial systems and controls, financially positioned Merisel for future growth, and returned the company to sustained profitability. Prior to joining Merisel, Mr. Jenson held positions with Citicorp North America and with Bank of America.

Tim Jenson has served or is serving on the Board of Directors for several public and private firms including Merisel, Inc., TDH Enterprises, LLC, Empire Enterprises, LLC, and Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment, Inc. Mr. Jenson also serves in various capacities with several non-profit and charitable organizations including We Care of LA, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and the Boy Scouts of America. He is a member of the Financial Executives Institute and the American Management Association. He earned both a bachelor's degree in Business Management and an MBA in Finance from Brigham Young University.
