The developers of Stargate Worlds aim to make replayability a big part of the game. They want all players to be able to experience all the content. With only about 200 hours to level cap, playing another character through to the cap is something that is within reach of a much greater number of players than in some other MMORPGs.[1]
Playing a new character will allow a player to experience all the other storylines in the game. In addition with the evolving universe the worlds of Stargate Worlds will change over time. Thus play experience with the exact same archetype and faction may be radically different with the addition of new content.[2]
The Artificial Intelligence system will also introduce significant replayability into the game. A mob will react differently in every encounter depending on how the players plan their attack.[3] This should particularly add more replayability to end-game encounters.
