Message Mail will work somewhat like a tell in that you will not need to be in a specific location or kiosk to send or receive it.[1]

Players will need to locate a kiosk to send objects. FedExtraterrestrial(Presumably a joke name) will be handling your mail, which is a group of Asgard that beam objects that you want mailed to other players.[1]
